Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 30, 2026
This policy explains what information StackAutomator collects when you visit this site, why we collect it, and what choices you have.
Who we are
StackAutomator is an independent publication that compares AI workflow, meeting, CRM/sales, HR, and knowledge tools for small teams. You can reach us at contact@stackautomator.com.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which articles people find useful. It sets cookies and collects your approximate location, device and browser type, the pages you view, and how you arrived at the site. We do not use this data to identify you personally, and we do not sell it.
You can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser. The site works either way.
Affiliate links
Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you sign up for a tool through one of them, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. When you follow such a link, the destination site and its affiliate network may set their own cookies to attribute the referral. That processing is governed by their privacy policies, not this one.
Affiliate relationships never determine which tools we cover or how we rank them. See our About page for how we work.
What we do not do
- We do not ask for or store account registrations.
- We do not run a newsletter or collect email addresses.
- We do not sell or share personal information with third parties.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to its processing. Since we hold no account data, this is usually limited to analytics data. Contact us at contact@stackautomator.com and we will respond.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page.
